Before I came to Kumamoto, I was in Fukuoka. I decided to enter Kumamoto Gakuen University because my Japanese language schoolteacher was from Kumamoto and recommended this university to me and also told me a lot about Kumamoto. Before entering the university, it was very hard to write the application and prepare for the interview, but I am very happy that I was able to enter the university. There are few international students at Kumamoto Gakuen University, and there is a lot of support for international students, so I became interested in this university. Furthermore, I love calm places, so I thought Kumamoto's atmosphere was perfect for me, and I chose Kumamoto.
It's hard to study while working part-time, but I've made a lot of friends, and we hang out and go out to eat together. I can also participate in a lot of festivals and events at the university, so I'm enjoying life in Kumamoto.
